I tried using this driver updater on my laptop, and after running it, my audio stopped working completely. I spent extra time trying to figure out what went wrong, which was really frustrating. based on my experience, I wouldn’t use it again.

I got it installed without any trouble, but on my older Windows laptop it just keeps crashing. i feel like they should’ve made it clearer if older devices aren’t really supported, because I wasted a bunch of time trying to get it to work...

I’ve used CCleaner before and the product itself was okay for me, so I expected the refund process to be straightforward. Unfortunately, it ended up taking way too much chasing. Support was slow to reply, and when they did, it felt like I kept getting the same generic message instead of a clear answer. it started to feel like they were hoping I’d just give up. To be fair, it did eventually get sorted, but the whole experience with ccleaner.com left me disappointed.

I tried using the browser cleanup feature, but it didn’t actually clear everything like I expected. The cookies were still sitting there afterward, which was frustrating. On top of that, it feels like the terms keep changing, so it’s hard to know what you’re actually getting or what the tool is supposed to cover anymore.

I was just trying to cancel my CCleaner subscription, and somehow it turned into this whole runaround. The account page kept sending me in circles, and I couldn’t find a clear cancel button anywhere.
